National Federation of Opticianry Schools. This national
organization needed a major overhaul both in appearance and function.
Key to their needs was minimizing and streamlining the amount of
maintenance performed. We built in a database engine which allowed
member schools to keep their own information up-to-date, and a
user-friendly content management system which enables the site
administrator to change pages with a few mouseclicks and keep the site
current. The core of the site is its reference material for opticians,
now a searchable index of over 1,000 online optical resources, and the
national opticianry program's standard curricula. All easily
maintainable via our built-in admin panel.
